Ikea BALK Flooring: Durable x Laminate

There's something about laminate that I love. Maybe I'm just a sucker for anything that mutates together a hybrid plastic/natural product. Ikea's new line of "wood" flooring seems to live up to the hype and performs genuinely well against animals, spills, and daily punishment. Probably will get these in my new house, given foreclosure continues to spiral out of control. Available in all IKEA locations.

It's been a while since I've gone venturing off into the Davis wilderness to look for interesting tidbits to write about. Fortunately, I got a call today from my roommate begging me to come out with him to check out a hidden Davis treasure.
