Not Fast Enough

After weeks of consideration, I've decided to make the switch over to Squarespace. Blogger has been a home for me for over half a decade, so this no light matter. However, it's the pace of innovation that keeps me glued to any service or company, and while I am tied to Google for my personal e-mail endeavors, it's not good enough of a reason for me to stay.

The ETA for the new site is roughly 10 days. Until then, thank you for all the support over the past several years. It's been a pleasure.

Come enjoy a sneak peek below:

PS: No worries, Ekoshyun Blog will continue to be open until I decide send this back to the Blogger-sphere.

Top 3 Fujifilm X-Pro1 Camera Accessories

Seeing as I've already started pooling together cash from my 'would-be' savings and car fund into the big splurge of the Fujifilm X-Pro1 with the planned release of the 23mm f/1.4 lens next year, you could call me a little insane to be recommending accessories before even owning the camera.

Then again, you probably have no idea how crazy I get once I have my heart set on something. Above: 1) Street Strap ($69), 2) Thumbs Up (TU) EP-7S Ergonomic Adapter ($117), and 3) Match Technical "BOP" Red Soft Release ($18).

Project Codename 'Colfax'

I've got a new Summer project in the works. This one will be a digital/mixed media piece that I shall call for now, 'Colfax.' It takes influences from Shepard Fairey, Cryptik, David Choe, and amongst many other street artists I've lovingly tracked over the years. Expect it to start meeting the streets sometime in early October.

Today's word of the day is "lines." Because lines split us, connect us, make us.

Tinderbox

Your style was like a tinderbox, dated yet practical and eloquently functional. I had always wondered about where our relations would go, but it was then that I realized we were past lovers, not the present.

The Anatomy of a Bicycle

Yesterday, I learned how to ride a bike. Today, I learned how to describe a bike. Tomorrow, I'll learn how to create a bike.
