  1. Automatic IR lights that turn on/off when you enter/leave a room
  2. Deep insulation from environmentally friendly materials
  3. Solar panels
  4. Heated floors
  5. Built-in recycling in the kitchen and around the house
  6. House-wide Wifi
  7. Lots of glass windows for natural light
  8. Automatic opaque blinds
  9. Stainless steel kitchen appliances
  10. Overhead lighting
