This song was written about a fat guy she met. To the fat guy, it was just a one night stand. He spoke wonderfully well on that fateful evening. He spoke of his interests, "Working with cripples, and just helping people, really." She thought he was the one. Anyway, they went back to his stinking pad. He pumped at her arse furiously, until he was done. And then, like she was nothing, said, "Right, I'm going to order an Indian. You can stay if you want, but I'd prefer it if you fucked off."
